Construction of the first 20 houses by our Top Structure Developers commences with the preparation of raft foundations, floor slabs and then super structure and roofs

Construction of houses could continue again after lockdown restrictions were eased resulting in the first houses being completed

Construction of the 2m high Perimeter Security Wall commenced with in excess of 70 houses either under construction or completed
